Steps to get your new best friend

Read our Sales/Health Guarantee and then complete the online Puppy Application.  At this point there is NO commitment.  Completion of the puppy application DOES NOT hold a puppy.  (only deposits can hold puppies)  

 After completing the online puppy application, we will contact you regarding approval as well as to discuss any questions you have. A deposit can be made at this time to hold puppy. Please understand deposits are like application fees and are not refundable if you back out!  Completion of an application does not automatically reserve a puppy! 

Please read the Sales/Health guarantee prior to sending your deposit so you will understand its terms and limitations.  Once your deposit is paid, and a vet health check is done on your puppy, you will fill out the Sales/Health Guarantee and Spay/Neuter Contract. You will receive copies of all paperwork.

Order/Purchase Food and Vitamins. Please keep the puppy on the Nutri Source puppy if possible. You can find a retailer close to you at www.nutrisourcepetfoods.com. We understand that you may have to switch foods if the food is not easily accessible so, please read the information regarding food on the sale/health guarantee. 

We also recommend reading the information on Nuvet Supplements on our Sales/Health Guarantee and making sure you provide these for your new baby. We recommend after age three you use the Nuvet Joint Plus formula in conjunction with the NuVet Plus to help prevent joint related health issues later in life.  In order to avoid paperwork, you will need to order the product from a link on the seller's website.  They will keep up with all purchases and we can access them if you have a claim against this health guarantee.

 Pick up your new baby when they are of age to leave!! We offer delivery services either by local delivery or we can have a flight nanny bring them to your nearest airport, or we can have them delivered to your front door via ground delivery. Please be aware there are fees associated with any type of delivery that is not included in the price of the puppy. Or you can just drive to our home and pick them up if you like.

The deposit will be deducted from the puppy price. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. But if you having the puppy delivered, you will need to pay delivery costs up front and may even have to pay the full puppy price before delivery as well.
